My law practice is limited, almost exclusively, to representing people with medical malpractice claims. I handle most any type of medical malpractice case, but I have developed particular expertise in cases concerning:

  • Necrotizing Fasciitis
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Meningitis
  • Stroke
  • Heart Attack

Some information about me and my practice:

  • I have over 30 years of medical malpractice and personal injury law experience.

  • I am Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Less than 2% of all attorneys in Texas hold such dual certifications.

Medical Malpractice Caims
  • I am "AV" rated by Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating such legal directory gives to an attorney. It reflects the confidential opinions of fellow attorneys and judges that my legal ability is very high to preeminent and my ethical standards are very high.

  • I am licensed in Texas, and through a procedure known as admission pro hac vice, I am usually able to handle medical malpractice claims in other states, as well.

  • I am married to a physician, who is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. She assists me in the objective evaluation and understanding of the medical care in question. I also enlist the services of other physicians and experts as is necessary to review a particular matter.

I look forward to hearing from you and I hope I may be of assistance to you.

           Sincerely,
